RETURNS & EXCHANGES
NOTE: All returns must be received by 123merch no later than 14 days from the receipt of delivery. All Returns that are received outside of the 14 day time period may be refused.
All returned packages without defects will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligible. When requirements are met you will receive a store credit or exchange.
There is an original shipping cost back to you policy on every exchange within Greece or international.
We will pay the shipping cost on defective merchandise only.

123merch shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please be sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any delay or denial of processing your return.
We gladly accept defective or damaged product within 14 days of original delivery date. 123merch shall refund you in full or ship a replacement product. Help us process your return quickly and efficiently!
TO AVOID DENIAL OR DELAY, PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICY CAREFULLY.
Check Your Return: ALL products being returned must be 100% complete, and must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit. All packing materials, wrappings, other accessories, and documentation must be included or your return will not be processed. In the event that a return shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered, or physically damaged, the 123merch return policy will not be honored. All Items will be inspected upon receipt. Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the customer and credit or replacement will NOT be issued.
The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit:
- Products which are improperly packaged when returned to 123merch.
- Products that are returned to 123merch in a non- qualified shipping container.
- Packages that do not have original packing slip/receipt.
123merch shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event that the product you are returning does not have the original contents shipped and packaged by 123merch we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned to you.
